Troubleshooting and Function
Sparepart

Here below are several major components contained in the Hand Phone with trouble shooting and functions:

1. Antena Switch
Function: As well as processing and unify penyempurna voltage signal RX and TX signal.
Trouble Shooting:
* No network
* Only one out of all network
Signal rise and fall
* At the time of the signal appeared to die instantly hp
2. IC Audio (COBBA)
Function: For processing the incoming voice signal from the RF IC, then amplified and transmitted to the speakers, strengthening sound vibrations that have been changed first by the mic into electrical vibration is then passed to the RF IC, run the command from the CPU. In the IC there are also audio PCM (Pulse Code Module) and the EEPROM which is used to read the code of signals coming from the operator to adjust the phone IMEI. Besides it also serves to store data that is permanent such as imei, phone code, etc..
Trouble Shooting:
* Contact Service
* Blank black on the LCD
Signal rise and fall
* Dead Sepiker and Mic
3. IC CPU
Function: CPU is a series of integrated electronic components and will function in accordance with their respective duties. This component has a very significant task, because this component is the brain and a cell phone. In other words, the CPU is the center and mobile working system.
Trouble Shooting:
* Dead total (Matot)
* No network
* Restart
* All of a sudden hp die alone
* Contact Service
LCD blank
4. IC Power (CCONT)
Function: As a supplier voltage electric current to each component according to his needs.
Trouble Shooting:
* Dead total (Matot)
* Insert simcard
* Contact Service
* Restart
* Not charging
* Blank black on the LCD
5. IC UEM
Function: As a supplier voltage electric current to each component according to his needs. In this UEM IC is a combination of Power IC, IC UI, IC Charging.
Trouble Shooting:
* Dead total (Matot)
* UPP Bad Response 02
* Error data 2 (Tornado)
* Contact retailers / contact service
* Phone restic (check IMEI ???????)
6. Flash IC
Function: This component is a data storage medium on the phone that is not permanent in other words can be changed or added to the data residing on the computer. This tool is similar function with the hard-disk on the computer.
Trouble Shooting:
* Restart
* All of a sudden hp die alone
* Contact Service
LCD blank
* Dead Total
* One of the missing data dati menu
7. EEPROM (Electrically PROGRAMMABLE Erase Read Only Memory)
Function: As a data storage device designed to not depend on the existence of electric current from the device, because there has been a special battery or electrical currents that have been owned, these components typically store data such as factory IMEI1, IMEI2, Security Code, the program version and date making. But for mobile phone Nokia's latest brand of the data contained in these components can not be changed.
Trouble Shooting:
* Dead total (software)
8. MCU (Master Control Unit)
Function: The data in the phone located in the audio IC, data is permanent or is from the factory, such as: mobile phone version of the program, IMEI, year of manufacture, and phone code.
Trouble Shooting:
* Dead total (software)
9. IC RAM
Function: This component is basically a data storage as well, but its only temporary, since these components depends on how it works electric currents contained in these components. If the phone is turned off then direct the data contained in these components will disappear by itself. These components are intimately associated with the CPU activities. The greater the capacity of the RAM it will be good Dula of CPU performance, but if the RAM is damaged then the CPU can not work.
10. Charging IC
Function: This component will work automatically when charging is working only to fill the battery voltage is controlled by the CPU through the controller IC.
Trouble Shooting:
* No charging
* Nyedot batteries
11. IC UI
Function: As a data controller IC ordered by CPU on Vibrator, Buzzer, LED and is as automatic switches in the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* Dead Total
* No vibration
* Ringer off
* Led dead
12. IC PA
Function: The TX signal voltage controller and the final amplifier signal be emitted through the antenna switch components contained in the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* The signal out and then disappear
* Not transmit
* Search network
* Nyedot batteries
* Dead Total (Matot)
13. RF IC (HAGAR)
Function: The RX signal controllers (signed) and TX (out), so that each part can work properly. This component consists of several parts, namely: IF, mixer, oscillator, detector, Enkoder, decoders, AFC, Tone Frequency and Squelch.
Trouble Shooting:
* Search network
* Out of a network
* Dead Total (Matot)
* Restart
* Blank White on the LCD
14. IC VCO (Voltage Control Oscilator)
Function: As the oscillator / frequency generator that will be sent via the TX (transmitting) and the frequency of entering through the RX (reception) to remain the same as that transmitted. Besides that this tool also functions as a regulator of voltage pulses of RF Signal Processor.
Trouble Shooting:
* Only one of the biased card used
* Finding networks (serching)
* The signal out and then disappear
15. LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)
Function: As a tool that will display all the activity and cell phones, as a communication medium to read and write on the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* Blank
* Writing inverted / mess
* Break
16. Keypad
Function: As input devices that provide data to the CPU commands the phone to be processed and will be sent to other related components in the phone.
Trouble Shooting:
* Blank
* Writing inverted / mess
* Break
17. Battery
Function: as a source of electric current needed to provide electrical current to the phone. Battery for mobile phones there are several kinds, namely Nickel-Metal hydrate (NiMH), Lithium-Ion (Lion), and Lithium-Poly ¬ I RI-(LiPoly)
Trouble Shooting:
* Ngedrop
* When making a call, direct hp die
* LCD blinking lights blinking
Charging failed *
